Darlinghurst Galleries
Founding Director John Brackenreg (1905 – 1986), O.B.E., F.R.S.A. built the premises of Artarmon Galleries back in 1955 and Artarmon Galleries have now sold their exhibiting space at 479 Pacific Highway Artarmon NSW.
Philip Brackenreg and his sister Julie have taken on DARLINGHURST GALLERIES, a previous city gallery venue initiated by John. They are currently using this name to explore previous associate gallery artists with an online gallery presence with pop-up exhibitions in various venues in the Sydney area.
